Description
Southern Columbus CrossFit (SCCF) is hosting its 2nd Annual Battle of the Box. The Battle of the Box is a friendly competition amongst our athletes to see who is the toughest at the Box. Competition is open to all members of Southern Columbus CrossFit upon registration.
Athletes will be challenged in a series of workouts, starting on the evening of August 15, 2014, and ending the afternoon of August 16, 2014. A few changes will take this year include an Rx’D Division which includes ages 12-34, along with a Master’s Men and Women’s division which includes ages 35+. Athletes competing in the Masters division must be 35 years of age or older at time of registration. All athletes must have completed the Southern Columbus CrossFit Fundamentals courses. All are encouraged to register and compete amongst your fellow peers to see who gets bragging rights of the Box!

Masters Men: 10 Athletes
Masters Women: 10 Athletes
- Prizes for 1st-3rd Place: both Men & Women’s Rx’D and Masters Divisions
- Open to all members of Southern Columbus CrossFit – qualifying members must be on a 10 CrossFit Session Card or more program for the past two months. Drop-ins are not eligible to compete.
